Responsibilities
* Lead the PSO workstream for the Click to IFS FSM Cloud migration project
* Analyze current ClickSoftware planning and scheduling processes and map them to IFS PSO capabilities
* Design and configure IFS PSO to meet business requirements for scheduling, dispatch, and resource optimization
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment
* Oversee data migration, interface development, and testing for PSO-related components
* Provide expertise on IFS PSO best practices, configuration, and optimization strategies
* Support user training, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases
* Troubleshoot and resolve PSO-related issues throughout the migration lifecycle

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
* 15 years of experience in Field Service Management or ERP projects, focusing on planning and scheduling optimization
* Strong hands‑on experience with IFS PSO
* Proven experience in at least one IFS PSO implementation or migration
* Expertise in scheduling algorithms, resource optimization, and business process mapping
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
