About the Role
* Lead a major procurement spend category and oversee complex procurements
* Develop and implement forward-looking procurement strategies
* Act as the professional lead, advising senior stakeholders on all aspects of procurement activity
* Ensure compliance with UK procurement legislation while delivering innovative and robust outcomes
* Play a pivotal role in transforming service delivery across the organisation
About You
* Significant public sector procurement experience, with strong knowledge of UK procurement regulations
* A track record of delivering end-to-end procurement projects
* Excellent communication, business partnering and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
* Experience in IT procurement, Works procurement, or NEC contracts (advantageous but not essential)
