The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils
*
Create a calm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
*
Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and independence
*
Work closely with parallel teachers and support staff in a 3-form entry setting
*
Maintain positive behaviour management and clear routines
*
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
About You
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
*
Experience teaching KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
*
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*
Passionate about teaching and pupil wellbeing
*
Reliable, committed, and a strong team player
*
Keen to develop professionally and progress
