Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our admissions team on a full-time basis. This role primarily focuses on student recruitment from Africa and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, be willing to travel regularly to these regions, and be fluent in Arabic, with additional languages being a plus.
The role also involves maintaining relationships with recruited students and their families to ensure a welcoming environment and a consistent cohort of 25 students from these regions.

Responsibilities:
1. Actively recruit students from Africa and the Middle East, maintaining a cohort of 25 students.
2. Develop relationships with partners, agents, and schools to support recruitment.
3. Travel to target regions for recruitment events and school visits.
4. Provide comprehensive information about Ashbourne’s academic programs, admissions, and student life.
5. Manage relationships with students and families from recruitment through their studies.
6. Serve as the main contact for recruited students and their parents, offering support.
7. Collaborate with tutors and staff to support student wellbeing.
8. Translate key documents and assist with interpretation during meetings.
9. Maintain accurate recruitment records and support administrative processes.
10. Participate in meetings, training, and events, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and students.
Person Specification:
* Sales experience, preferably in education or student recruitment.
* Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are desirable.
* Willingness to travel to Africa and the Middle East.
