Customer Service Advisor – Specialising in Customer Care

Location: Office-based

Hours: 25 – 30 hours per week, flexible but spread over 5 days

Salary: £26k FTE

The Role: Part Time; 25 – 30 Hours

Our client is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor specialising in Customer Care to join their dedicated team. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing high-quality support across telephone, email, written communication, and digital channels.

You’ll handle enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy ensuring every customer receives a positive experience that reflects their commitment to outstanding service.

What You’ll Do:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer care enquiries across all communication channels.
2. Provide clear, accurate information on products, processes, and next steps.
3. Handle interactions with patience, empathy, and a strong customer-focused approach.
4. Process documentation and policy adjustments in line with company procedures.
5. Maintain accurate and compliant customer records.
6. Build a strong rapport with clients through friendly and proactive communication.
7. Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth customer journeys.
8. Contribute to service quality, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Uphold confidentiality, GDPR requirements, and internal policies at all times.
