Claims Executive
London or Chelmsford/ Hybrid
Salary up to £80,000
We are partnering with a top international insurance brokerage well-known for its client-focused approach and global reach. They are seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join their high-value international casualty claims across multiple territories.
Team & Leadership
• Reports to experienced Claims Director
• Team of 6 claims professionals (P&C and specialty coverage)
• Support from offshore admin team; collaborative, client-focused culture
Role Focus
• End-to-end management of international casualty claims (i.e. third-party injury, pollution, construction)
• Occasional exposure to Property and Reinsurance
• Territories: Canada, US, Caribbean, Latin America
• Strong client-facing skills required; able to manage challenging conversations with clients and insurers
• Systems: GXB & Class
Claim Load & Expectations
• Manages claims up to £100m
• Portfolio of 350 live claims
• Flexible culture; Very collaborative environment
Requirements
• Ideally 7+ years’ experience in casualty claims; Open to broker or insurer background
• Knowledge of casualty claims essential
• Open to candidates outside of the London market; training provided
• Strong negotiating skills
Salary & Benefits
• Up to £80k (possible flexibility - discuss with consultant) + Bonus + Benefits
• Hybrid working: 3 days in-office once established; flexible location (London or Chelmsford)
• Parking available; travel expenses can be reimbursed if commuting to London
