We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation, for a highly organised and hands-on Facilities & Admin Officer professional to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. Key Responsibilities Include: Daily post handling, including use of Royal Mail Click & Drop Weekly fire alarm testing, emergency light checks, and flushing regimes Document control on compliance portals (Work Permits, RAMS, H&S Checklists) Use of Jira ticketing system for helpdesk admin Front of House duties, including visitor registration via Sky Visitor system Strong Microsoft Word & Excel work for reporting and admin tasks Supporting H&S processes including DSE assessments and RAMS familiarity ?
