Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the indirect procurement strategy, aligned with Crown’s global procurement framework and business objectives
* Manage all categories of indirect spend
* Drive cost optimisation and value creation via category strategies, supplier consolidation, sourcing, contract renegotiation, and process improvement
* Ensure robust supplier risk management and compliance by vetting suppliers, managing performance, ensuring contract governance, ethical & sustainability standards
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, anticipate demand, support business growth while managing indirect spend discipline
* Support change management, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver high impact in an FMCG environment
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience in procurement, with a proportion spent in indirect
* Demonstrable savings achievement and value creation in indirect categories
* Strong category management expertise across multiple indirect categories
* Excellent contract negotiation, supplier management, risk management and financial acumen
* Relevant degree or equivalent in business/supply-chain/procurement
* Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment
