Tasks
* Establish and promote best practice in quality matters in conjunction with the Quality function.
* Delivery of the IQ Assurance plan
* Undertake Quality audits as required.
* Trending and reporting of IQ Quality performance
* Support the “get it right to improve productivity” initiative
* Driving the capture and implementation of lessons learned
* Ensure that all personnel are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities, and to provide advice as and when required.
* Support management teams to ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in the Quality Plans
* Promote the reporting of nonconformances.
* Collate Business / Contract Quality statistics in a timely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality function for reporting purposes.
* Review Quality information to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement Quality campaigns and improvement plans in agreement with the Quality Management
* Provide support to Project teams in the development of Quality Plans
* Review Quality plans, procedures and associated documentation.
* Maintain records as necessary to ensure compliance with Company procedures and Contract Requirements
* Provide reports, presentations and information as directed by the Business / Quality Management.
* Participate in working groups / forums as required.
* Provide input into pre-qualification, tender and Quality award submissions.
Qualifications
* Good Data analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards, spotting trends ect.
* Experience in QA Procedures and Controls (ITP’s, Specifications) is desirable but not essential
* Being observant and analytical
* Communication and dependability
* Information technology and safety
* Qualification to Degree or HND level
