Pay:
£18.29 per hour (including holiday pay) for racecourses & major events
(£16.32 base + £1.97 holiday pay)
£15.50 per hour (including holiday pay) for Match days (£13.83 base + £1.87 holiday pay)
Cook at the Heart of Liverpools Biggest Events Off to Work is recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to support high-profile racecourses, major events, and matchday hospitality across Liverpool. From fast-paced stadium kitchens to large-scale racecourse events and premium VIP service, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes during some of the citys most exciting occasions.

Key Responsibilities Preparing and plating high-quality dishes in busy professional kitchens
Working in fast-paced environments such as stadiums, racecourses, VIP boxes, and event spaces
Maintaining strong time management and plating standards
Supporting senior kitchen teams during high-volume service
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or above
Strong presentation and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to high standards
Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2
(free accredited training available if required)
Availability Requirements Applicants must be available from 8th11th April for upcoming racecourse and major event shifts
Evening and weekend availability for matchday fixtures is essential
