Ysbyty Bryn Beryl has an exciting opportunity within Llynfor ward, which is looking for a Band 3 dementia support worker. We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in dementia care, eager to help develop the service for the future. This demanding role requires commitment and a positive attitude towards change. You should have excellent communication skills, high clinical standards, and a passion for making a difference for patients and staff alike.
This is an excellent opportunity to support dementia patients during their hospital stay. Applicants must demonstrate care and compassion in supporting patients with delirium.
The successful applicant will be supported to develop skills and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
