About the Role: Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, building a strong foundation in numeracy, algebra, geometry, and statistics. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students make good progress. Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide their learning. Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and initiatives. Offer support and guidance to students through extracurricular mathematics clubs or tutoring. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics. A strong understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. A commitment to the school's Christian ethos and values.
