Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
* Administering medication
* Supporting residents' daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest, respectful relationships with residents
* Maintaining accurate daily records
* Attending and completing training as required

Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication are essential qualities for a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Ballards Ash, located near Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire, supports up to 10 young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities and autism. The home features a large, secure garden and a dedicated Day Activities Coordinator who develops personalized activity programs.
