Position: Warehouse Supervisor Company: KLEEMANN UK GROUP Location: Ashford Office KLEEMANN UK Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Based at our Ashford office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of logistics and stock control, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Scope of the Role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, playing a critical role in supporting field engineers and service teams. From managing stock and dispatches to overseeing inventory systems and ensuring compliance, you'll ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in and dispatch. Monitor and maintain stock levels using internal systems (training provided). Manage the receipt, storage, and handling of materials, including spare parts. Support planning and coordination for field engineers via shared calendars. Organise inventory to maximise space and improve accessibility. Prepare and issue job kits and parts for scheduled installations and repairs. Liaise with engineering and service departments to ensure parts availability. Supervise warehouse staff (if applicable) and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Take ownership of compliance documents related to the company vehicle (CLOCS, FORS). Conduct regular stock checks and participate in audits. Provide occasional support to projects requiring warehouse coordination. ️ Skills & Experience Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or similar role (industry experience a plus). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer use. Basic knowledge of English (desirable). Willingness to travel locally during working hours. Strong organisational and time-management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure. Familiarity with vehicle compliance (e.g., CLOCS, FORS) or willingness to learn. Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
