What You’ll be doing:
* Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
* Deliver consistent business performance and standardsacross the end-to-end warehouse operation.
* Manage and maintain external relationshipswith various stakeholders, including stores.
* Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunitiesto enhance operations.
* Monitor and implement complianceand support the People Plan using an HR business model.

* Proven track record of leading and acting as a role model to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding results.
* Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them effectively.
* Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting this information to drive positive change.
* Confident in making decisions in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while being open to innovative approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster a collaborative team culture.
