Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations for a pioneering hospitality group that is transforming both trendy fine dining restaurant concepts, and event catering with exceptional, chef-driven Michelin star level food.
Key Responsibilities: As the COO, you will drive operational excellence and strategic growth across the restaurant group and event catering experiences, ensuring that each project is executed flawlessly while delivering an unforgettable culinary and guest experience.
Monitor key performance metrics, including labor costs, margins, and sales, to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement innovative food project concepts for live events, restaurants, residencies, and pop-ups in partnership with renowned chefs.
Develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement, operational efficiency, partnerships, and new market expansion.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership (including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Creative teams) to drive overall company strategy and ensure operational alignment with business objectives.
Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth, through new event activations, partnerships, and expanding the reach of our food concepts.
Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems and processes (SOPs, service standards, compliance, etc.) to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across all locations and events.
Ideal Candidate: You are an experienced visionary Chief Operating Officer with a strong track record in managing multi-venue or multi-concept operations, preferably within fine dining restaurant and catering groups.
You have a deep understanding of the Hospitality industry, with experience to identify partnerships, expansions, trending concepts, and operational implementations.
A strong, inspiring leader who can develop teams and foster a culture of operational excellence, quality, and accountability.
You are highly operational and numbers-focused, with a knack for spotting opportunities for process improvement, and strong experience in managing P&Ls, labor, margins, and cost control.
