Key Responsibilities
Provide a confident, welcoming presence that reflects Elda Security Solutions' high standards.
Deliver clear, courteous customer service, assisting attendees with directions, queries, and general support.
Monitor event spaces, identifying risks, crowd movement issues, or safety concerns.
Support access control, ticket checks, queue management, and entry/exit flow.
Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations, following Elda Security Solutions' protocols and venue requirements.
Report incidents promptly and accurately to supervisors or event control.
Maintain professional communication with colleagues via radio and verbal updates.
Uphold company expectations regarding appearance, conduct, and reliability at all times.

Must be 18 or over.
