A fulfilling and exciting opportunity is available for a Locality Manager - East to join our Association. The Locality Manager - East will be based in our offices in the East, such as Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.

Purpose of the role
* To contribute to the strategic and operational management of Adullam Services in line with corporate aims and objectives whilst managing the requirements under the regulatory bodies for supported housing.
* Working with the Head of Support Services and the Business Development Manager to develop and grow services within your area.
* To monitor the achievement of performance of service specifications and SEA-related KPIs, reporting regularly against targets/objectives detailed in the service contract/specification or Team & Business Plan.
* Build a team culture of empowerment, as per our people pledge.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £45,000 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week on a Fixed-Term contract until the end of March 2026.
