Job Description
Position: Project Co-Ordinator
Our client is an award-winning organization located just outside St Albans. They offer excellent training and career development opportunities, and the business has experienced rapid growth in recent years.
As the Project Co-Ordinator, you will support the Project Manager and team by ensuring that project tasks are completed within guidelines throughout the project lifecycle, including coordination of resources, equipment, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, communications, and progress tracking against key milestones.
2. Assist in onboarding and training junior team members under the guidance of the Project Manager.
3. Serve as a primary liaison between customers, account managers, and internal teams to support seamless project delivery.
4. Provide comprehensive administrative and project management assistance to the Project Manager.
5. Attend and document meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Follow up on meeting action items, gather feedback, and distribute outcomes to stakeholders.
7. Work closely with the department manager to achieve project goals and meet performance KPIs.
8. Assist the Project Manager in conducting post-project reviews.
