Drive Your Recruitment Career Forward Leicester | £28K–£32K Uncapped Commission My Client’s Leicester branch is on the lookout for a 360 Driving Recruitment Consultant to take on a high-energy, high-potential desk in their busy Driving division. The Role: Driving Recruitment Consultant This is a 360 role, so you'll be doing it all — business development, candidate sourcing, fast-paced bookings, and Client care. You’ll be: * Proactively bringing in new business (cold calling, networking, referrals) * Managing urgent temp bookings — often same-day! * Writing ads, sourcing drivers, and managing placements end-to-end * Building solid, long-term relationships with clients and drivers * Keeping CRM systems tidy and compliant (it’s not glamorous, but it matters) What You’ll Need * Experienced Driving/Logistics Recruitment – Minimum 12 months * Energy, resilience, and a love of targets * Confidence on the phone and in-person — you’re great with people * Able to work fast, juggle tasks, and stay calm under pressure * Happy making outbound sales calls and working towards KPIs Hours & On-Call * Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm * We ask you to stay responsive until 5pm for client or candidate needs * On-call rota: 1 week in every 4 (they keep it fair and manageable) What You’ll Get * £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary * Uncapped commission clear, achievable bonus structure * 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Paid day off for your birthday — because you deserve it * Regular incentives and team rewards * A supportive, down-to-earth team that backs you to succeed Ready to put your foot on the gas and grow your recruitment career?
