An experienced sous chef is required for a newly refurbished pub in the village of Rhodesia. The menu will be a twist on traditional pub food with some speciality dishes to tempt the customers. We are looking for sous chef who ideally is in that position now or a junior sous looking to step up, with the possibility of becoming head chef in the future. You will be required to have an input in all things kitchen related and to work with the management team and current head chef.
You will be working as part of a family friendly team, with fresh produce. Food is our business and we pride ourselves in delivering the best service to our customers and staff alike.

What about you? You'll need to be a chef currently working within a fresh food environment and a passion for the job and able to work within a team. A hygiene qualification and an excellent knowledge of food safety awareness are all essential for this position.
