The What...
As an Assistant Manager, you'll undergo a comprehensive induction to prepare you for success, covering all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.
You'll be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting smooth operations, motivating the team, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, managing front-of-house operations, and assisting the General Manager with achieving centre goals and financial targets.
Ensuring high standards and excellent service to create a safe and enjoyable environment for customers is key.
To be successful, you will have:
* Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
* A passion for customer service
* Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams
* Willingness to work nights and weekends
* A drive for success
