Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering health and wellbeing programmes.
* Facilitate sessions and engage with participants across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
* Collect attendance data, feedback, and case studies to support impact reporting.
* Support outreach activities and represent the Club at community events.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies.
* Work collaboratively with other Trust staff and the wider team.
* Support volunteers and sessional staff during programme delivery.
* Assist with scheduling, venue booking, and preparation of session materials.
* Help with reporting to funders and internal stakeholders.
* Support funding applications with relevant data and case studies.
* Support match day activations on a rotating basis.
Person Specification
Essential
* Experience in delivering community health or wellbeing programmes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work with diverse community groups.
* Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
* Organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Desirable
* Experience working in a sports or football club environment.
* Knowledge of local health priorities and services.
* Experience supporting funding applications or reporting to funders.
* Relevant qualifications in health, wellbeing, or community development.
Qualifications
* Relevant Level 3 qualification in health, sport, community development, or related field (or equivalent experience or willingness to undertake).
* Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake).
* First Aid certification (or willingness to undertake).
Additional Information
* This role is 12 month maternity cover.
* Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
