Job Description:
We are building a premium, science-backed skincare brand and looking for a Social Media & UGC Strategist to support our growth.
This role includes:
•Instagram content planning (Reels-first strategy)
•UGC creator sourcing & outreach
•Writing UGC briefs (hooks, problem-solution angles, CTAs)
•Building monthly content calendar
•Managing inbound DMs & basic lead flow
•Coordinating creatives with performance marketer
•Identifying trending content formats

We need someone who understands how content drives conversions.

Ideal Candidate:
•Experience with D2C beauty / skincare brands
•Has worked with UGC creators before
•Understands hooks, retention, and scroll-stopping creatives
•Knows basic metrics (engagement rate, saves, CTR impact)
•Can share proof of past growth work
