We're working with a long-established and well-respected building services contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. As their project workload continues to grow, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across London and North Kent.

Role Overview:
* Manage the successful delivery of multiple mechanical fit-out projects from inception to completion.
* Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
* Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards.
* Drive progress in line with programme and financial targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
* Support project delivery through planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
