As a Client Experience Assistant, your main objective is to deliver One Avenue’s award-winning, world-class service to our clients, acting as an extension of their business. You will work alongside a growing team of Client Experience Assistants and Executives, reporting to the General Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with administrative requests: Handling client requests in a timely and professional manner, including mail handling, ordering supplies, taxis, hotels, and restaurants, with a personal touch.
2. Client move-in and move-outs: Assisting with the high demand for office spaces, including design, IT, facilities, and onboarding services (training provided).
3. Designing office spaces: Providing bespoke office design services to create show offices supporting the sales department, developing your interior design skills.
4. Organising client events: Planning and hosting client events to create luxurious experiences, working autonomously with the front of house team.
5. Tracking: Monitoring clients’ monthly spends to support the finance department.
6. Upholding building standards: Conducting regular checks to ensure the space remains exceptional for clients’ success.
7. Identifying opportunities: Reviewing hospitality offerings and suggesting improvements to enhance the client experience.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm
Salary: £26,000 yearly
