Employment Solicitor (3+ years PQE)
* Job Type: Full-time
* Location: Aberdeen

A highly respected and forward-thinking law firm in Aberdeen are currently looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their successfully ranked team!
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide legal advice on employment aspects of various transactions, including corporate and outsourcing projects.
* Address daily employment-related inquiries, managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
* Oversee collective matters such as redundancies and integration.
* Offer guidance on trade union matters and represent clients in tribunal litigation.
* Independently manage a diverse caseload while also assisting with complex cases, supported by a collaborative team.
* Ensure high-quality client service in both contentious and non-contentious matters, dealing with employers and employees alike.
* Engage with clients directly and remotely, attending tribunals and courts as necessary.
* Participate in business development initiatives and maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in employment law.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively advise and represent clients in employment tribunals.
* Skilled in identifying critical issues and performing thorough legal merits assessments.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising and multitasking efficiently.
* Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data.
* Confident in making decisive, well-judged decisions.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, and ideally experienced with case management systems.
* Strong commercial acumen with a keen ability to assess risks.
