ROLE 2: CREATIVE PRODUCER / DIRECTOR
Salary: £4,000–£6,000/month
Location: On-site - Maidstone
Hours: Full-time
MISSION
Build and run the challenge concepts, storylines, and energy behind TWD’s new entertainment arm. Ensure every video has pace, tension, and personality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create challenge ideas (MrBeast/Sidemen type)
* Plan each shoot (timings, rules, flow, beats)
* Direct contestants during filming
* Bring out personality from the players
* Create hype, tension, reactions, surprises
* Script intros, outros, and narrative beats
* Manage filming day flow (breaks, pacing, continuity)
* Work with the Head of Content to shape the edit
* Identify viral moments in real-time
* Keep production running smoothly and safely
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
* Strong creative brain for challenge format ideas
* Experience directing people or running productions
* Can manage chaos calmly
* Understands YouTube pacing and retention
* Confident talking to/leading groups
* Great communicator
* Knows how to tell a story
NICE-TO-HAVE
* Social media savvy
* Experience in casting people / finding personalities
* Can storyboard simply
* Basic editing knowledge
