Responsibilities
:
- Analyzepany owned channels engagement.
- Report on insights for creators we activate for different initiatives and events.
- Identify online customer habits and suggest means by which to broaden our audience.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of earned social media conversations,petitive intelligence, and audience segmentation to inform media intelligence initiatives.
- Advise teams on their social media activity and activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media analysts, researchers, and product managers, to identify business needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven rmendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in media data, and generate actionable insights to optimize media strategies and campaigns.
- Perform data mining and exploratory analysis to uncover new opportunities for improving media intelligence processes and oues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization, and actively contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Media Studies,munications, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a media, technology, or news organization.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their functionalities.
- Extensive knowledge of online audiences and how users engage with news and media content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (, Tweetdeck, Cision, Brandwatch, Talkwalker) to extract and analyze audience data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpretplex data and translate it into actionable rmendations.
- Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years of experience in social media analysis.
