An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small existing team who look after national based, high spending clients. Duties will include;
1. Being the primary point of contact for key accounts – by phone and email
2. Investigating and resolving queries raised by the client such as billing issues
3. Ensuring data and reports are correct and sent to the client in a timely manner
4. Monitoring competitor information and making the business aware
5. Making any amendments to account details
6. Chasing outstanding money owed
7. Occasional client site visits – you don’t need to have a driving licence for this.
To be successful, you will have at least 3 years experience within a customer account management role, be highly organised, proactive and a strong team player.
