Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Duties
* Responsible for customer services, including complaint resolution.
* Work closely with HR colleagues on employee-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Attend all contract meetings and report back to the Head of Region.
* Monitor parts usage and credit returns to the procurement department.
* Ensure compliance is met on all contracts.
* Manage all financial invoicing promptly and oversee chargeable works.
* Adhere to letter procedures and take full responsibility for no access procedures.
* Achieve and maintain 100% compliance on servicing programmes.
* Manage key functions and roles within the Region.
* Be the main link with clients regarding contract management.
* Handle all forms of customer and client feedback and take appropriate action; lead customer service initiatives.
* Maintain the fleet to a high standard, working with the fleet department as necessary and reporting issues promptly.
* Assist in preparing bids and contracts for new work.
* Participate actively in recruiting and monitoring probationary periods.
* Perform all associated administrative duties as needed.
The successful candidate will have
* Previous experience as an Area Manager, preferably from a social housing or construction background.
* Ability to provide high-level courteous, professional customer service.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexible attitude with excellent organisational skills.
