Job Title: Temporary Receptionist (Starting on Monday 26th)
Location: Horsham
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Are you friendly, organised, and ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for a Temporary Receptionist to support a busy front desk in Horsham. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment while making a real difference in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answering and directing phone calls promptly
* Managing appointment bookings and schedules
* Sorting and distributing incoming post and emails
* Supporting general administrative tasks (e.g. filing, photocopying, data entry)
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Liaising with internal staff and external visitors
* Handling confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
* Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
* A Basic DBS check is required for this role
Duration: Temporary role, with potential to extend depending on business needs.
