Are you an experienced Payroll / Accounts Assistant currently seeking a new permanent job offering part-time hours? Your duties as Payroll / Accounts Assistant will include:
1. Weekly payroll for approximately 80 staff
2. Processing new starters and leavers
3. Sales Ledger
4. Purchase Ledger
5. Dealing with cash payments
6. Taking incoming calls and dealing with any queries
7. Any other duties as required
You will have:
8. Previous payroll and accounts experience using SAGE
9. Good communication skills
10. Excellent organisational skills
11. The ability to prioritise a very busy workload
In addition, you will be a friendly, confident, flexible and adaptable team player able to work well under pressure.
Hours of work are part-time x 2 days per week but with the flexibility to work additional hours when required.
