We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our rents and service charges activity. This role plays an important part in helping teams make informed decisions, ensuring financial information is clear, accurate and easy to understand.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing financial insight, challenge and support to help deliver fair, transparent and well-managed services.


Key Responsibilities
1. Provide clear financial advice and support on rents and service charges to operational teams
2. Prepare, review and explain budgets, forecasts and financial reports in a straightforward way
3. Support the setting, monitoring and reconciliation of rent and service charge income and costs
