Role: SPC Manager aka SPC General Manager, PFI Operations Manager, PFI Performance Manager, PFI Compliance Manager, SPV Manager
Location: Home Based with travel to Oxford and Daventry
Salary: Up to £72K + 30% Bonus + £7.35K Car + 10% Pension
The role: To oversee two Healthcare/Hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry. The role will primarily be based in Oxford, as it is the larger contract, both with many years remaining (10+ years).
You: We seek candidates with a similar background overseeing/managing PFI contracts, ideally with experience in Building Surveying or Engineering.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient SPC conduct.
2. Ensure the SPC H&S monitoring regime is implemented.
3. Assist with preparing statutory reports, returns, statistics, and accounts in line with applicable law and operational management contracts.
4. Monitor quality assurance aspects of each operating company’s services and the performance of third-party service providers to minimize deductions, including project compliance monitoring.
5. Implement programs and administer agreements to maximize shareholder returns and commercial opportunities.
6. Assist in delivering the budget for the PFI Operations business.
