About the Role:
* We are looking for an experienced social worker who is able to manage a caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child Care Proceedings until permanence. This caseload will have a level of complexity and lead worker responsibilities working alongside other social workers; it will not have supervisory/line manager responsibilities. Social workers should be able to practice restoratively with children and families and promote family-led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
* Organization skills and the ability to meet competing demands are required to ensure practice standards, good quality, and performance.
* The post requires workers to have good analytical assessment skills and high-quality written work.
