Location: Essex, East London & North East London Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Essex, East London, and North East London. This is a varied role offering a mix of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade works within tenanted and void properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship. Please note: This role covers multiple locations across Essex, East London, and North East London, so candidates must be comfortable with daily travel. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within social housing properties. Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently and effectively. Complete a range of associated multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating. Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied homes. Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required. Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential). Proven experience working as a Plumber Multi Trader within repairs and maintenance. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Experience working within social housing is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet productivity targets.
