Purely Care are looking for a Apprentice Admin Assistant to work in their office in Hellesdon to support their managers and care staff.
The role is based in Hellesdon, Norwich and no formal experience is required because full training will be provided.
Purely Care is a home care agency providing carers in the community to work with disabled and elderly people in their own homes.
The Apprentice Admin Assistant is to work 30 hours per week Monday - Friday this will usually be 9.30am to 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
Apprentice Admin Assistant Duties
Duties for the Apprentice Admin Assistant are likely to include:
* Filling and maintaining client and staff records, both paper and electronic.
* Answering the phone.
* Assisting with recruitment.
* Preparing paperwork for new starters and training.
* Carry out audits.
Apprentice Admin Assistant Job Requirements
A friendly disposition and a genuine interest in others and willingness to work are the top requirements for this role. We also require:
* Computer literate, familiar with MS packages such as Word
* Good telephone manner
* Willing to develop new skills and undertake formal qualifications
* Valid UK driving license an advantage
