The role combines technical engineering expertise with regulatory compliance in an MRO environment. Key Responsibilities Interpret complex engine part drawings and create repair graphics
Substantiate repairs to meet airworthiness regulations
Apply knowledge of aerospace alloys and material properties
Sequence repair operations for damaged engine components
Collaborate with global teams across time zones
Ensure compliance with flight safety requirements
Essential Requirements Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
Experience: 2-5 years in aircraft engine MRO or repair development
Hands-on experience with aero engine components
Understanding of repair processes for common damage types
Technical Skills: Engineering judgment with limited data
Working knowledge of regulatory standards (EASA/FAA)
