Salary £12.35 per hour | Permanent | Full time 37.5 / Part time

About You
* Experience in health/social care or eager to learn (full training provided)
* Flexible with shifts including evenings, weekends & nights
* Compassionate, respectful, and committed to supporting independence
* Team player confident working independently
* Excellent communicator who values confidentiality
Your Role
* Provide tailored daily care (dressing, meals, medication)
* Support residents’ wellbeing and encourage social engagement
* Collaborate with professionals to follow care plans
* Maintain accurate records and liaise with families
* Use mobility aids safely and create a homely environment
* Participate in ongoing training
