That is The Miller Difference.Key ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day management of the Technical Department and engagement with external contractors and consultants to ensure prioritised architectural and engineering advice is inputted into individual projects.Ownership of planning applications by managing the process to ensure delivery on time and within budget.Qualifications and ExperienceKnowledge of technical issues and a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards gained within a Technical role.Experience at a similar level with a residential developer.Relevant qualification (HNC, HND, an appropriate degree or corporate membership of a relevant professional institution).Beneficial to have a good contact base within the industry including Local Authority / NHBC contacts, consultants, architects, etc.Good management and leadership skills.
