My client a leading regional law firm are seeking a paralegal with a background and interest in Residential Conveyancing dealing with residential conveyancing matters. This includes sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Solicitors in the team with their caseload of files and assist to make sure the requirements LEXCEL and CQS provisions or any other quality standards are met.
2. You will be responsible for client contact, attending meetings for and with clients, advocating for clients' best interests, liaison with the court, experts, other parties in conjunction with the solicitor with conduct of each file
