Job Overview
Security officer required to cover both retail and corporate security sites based in Dundee and surrounding areas. Protect customers' property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with Site Assignment Instructions and any subsequent changes.
Responsibilities
* Guard personnel and property at designated retail and corporate sites.
* Observe, identify, and report any unsafe conditions and threats.
* Maintain professional conduct with difficult customers and situations.
* Ensure compliance with all security policies, UK law, and the customer’s assignment instructions.
* Complete all required competency and licence training, including Security Guarding, Door Supervision and CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
* Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and keep current with industry legislation.
* Complete accurate incident notebook entries and submit Incident Reports.
* Attend scheduled check calls and notify Communication Centre of all incidents.
* Support contract retention by meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications
* Previous Security Experience.
* Valid SIA Licence.
* SC Clearance desirable.
