We have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is either available at short notice or immediately to join a fantastic business based in Runcorn on a 12 Month FTC.
This role does offer 1 day a week WFH and the opportunity to really progress knowledge and experience.
This role requires someone with extensive ER experience and experience working at a fast pace/high volume of case work is involved.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all employee relations matters.
* Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
* Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues.
* Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Draft and review documentation such as disciplinary letters, investigation reports, and policy updates.
* Support organizational change initiatives with a focus on communication, fairness, and employee engagement.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in an employee relations or HR advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
