This role sits at the heart of our vision for world class Maths provision and offers the opportunity to shape teaching, curriculum design and professional development across the department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious practitioner who is passionate about high quality pedagogy, curriculum precision, and staff development. We are looking for someone who: • Has excellent subject expertise and a deep understanding of high quality Maths pedagogy, including the Trust’s Atomisation approach. • Can provide strategic leadership in curriculum design, sequencing and implementation. • Is able to deliver and model consistently excellent teaching that exemplifies the Trust Learning Framework. • Has experience in (or strong potential to succeed in) Instructional Coaching, supporting colleagues through granular action steps and deliberate practice. • Is committed to securing high standards, raising achievement and ensuring all pupils thrive. • Can contribute to building a research informed, collaborative and reflective team culture. This post would suit an experienced teacher ready to take on subject level leadership responsibilities.
