As a Assistant Registrar Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students, ensuring a seamless transition from application to enrolment. The Assistant Registrar Officer will be responsible for processing and leading registry systems. You will work closely and collaborate the Registrar managing student records, registration, fees and funding, data returns. Ensuring all information, data cleansing and timetabling is delivered in a professional manner.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Registrar:
1. Timetabling: Manage the delivery and documentation of all timetable data. Manage Timetabling and Room Booking functions for all academic classes. Support the development of individualised student timetables.
2. Data Quality, Data Returns: Work with registry data capture, collection/monitoring and recording, to ensure that required standards of data quality are achieved. Run reports from databases and extract relevant data. Analyse and interpret data and/or information, using predetermined...
