Working closely with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for STEM, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging Mathematics education to a diverse and ambitious student body. You will help shape a curriculum that equips learners with valuable, real-world skills and knowledge to support their future success. We are looking for someone committed to excellence in teaching and learning, eager to drive innovation, and enthusiastic about contributing to the continued development of our STEM Division. You will contribute to tracking learner progress using centralised software to ensure every student thrives.
Working with the Curriculum Director and Curriculum Manager for STEM to ensure that the Mathematics provision at Halesowen College is outstanding, you will help create an area of excellence focused on the quality of the curriculum and the skills that learners obtain, delivering high-class teaching in Maths to diverse groups of learners. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department\'s development, support the delivery of STEM courses, and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of learners through centralised tracking software.
