What you will do
* Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, utilising evidence‑based, patient‑centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
* Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of occupational therapy services, preparing reports, performing risk assessments, and conducting therapeutic activities.
* Develop individualized therapy plans and conduct group sessions to support patient recovery and engagement.
* Engage with multidisciplinary team members and families as part of a comprehensive treatment program.
* Independently manage clinical caseloads and provide expert occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
* Promote equality of outcomes and social inclusion, addressing both physical and mental health needs within therapy sessions.
Qualifications and experience
We welcome applications from Band 5 Occupational Therapists as well as Band 6 and 7, as we have multiple vacancies that could be suitable.
NHS experience is very desirable for many of our jobs.
