We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to operate and grow a multimillion pound business alongside our leadership team.
This is a senior role for someone who has already done it. You will have a proven track record of running and scaling multimillion pound operations, leading teams of 100 plus people, and building the structure and discipline that keeps pace with rapid growth. Direct experience in the Commercial Electrical and renewable energy sector is essential.

You understand how a business actually runs, from the numbers to the people, and you hold yourself to a high standard before you ask it of anyone else. Your communication is sharp, clear and confident at every level, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
