Management Accountant
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
* Conduct detailed cost analysis and margin reporting
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
* Assist with month-end and year-end processes
* Support inventory valuation and stock control procedures
* Collaborate with operational teams on cost improvement initiatives
* Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within manufacturing
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Knowledge of cost accounting principles and standard costing
* Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Familiarity with inventory management systems
